Quick answers to help you prepare for your visit
How long is a typical appointment?
A routine check-up and clean takes about 45-60 minutes. For new patients, we recommend allowing 75-90 minutes for a comprehensive examination and dental history review.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer payment plans through Q Card and Genoapay for treatments over $500.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance details (if applicable), any relevant medical records, and a list of current medications you're taking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need.
Are you ACC registered?
Yes, all four of our clinics are registered ACC providers. If your dental injury is the result of an accident, you may be eligible for subsidised treatment.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients at all four of our Auckland clinics. New patients receive a comprehensive examination and personalized treatment plan. Contact us to schedule your first appointment.
Do you accept WINZ claims?
Yes, all our clinics accept WINZ claims. If you're eligible for WINZ healthcare subsidies, you may be able to receive subsidized dental treatment. Please bring your WINZ card or Community Services Card when you visit.
